taya711 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations. taya711 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA via OTP) available in your account security settings.

All financial transactions on taya711 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). taya711 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your taya711 Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the originating bank. taya711 does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security mechanisms.

• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks on deposit transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya711 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the taya711 Platform — including but not limited to the taya711 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya711 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from taya711.

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, taya711 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Real-money Player Balance remaining after any outstanding obligations are settled will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification or investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their taya711 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned after verification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

taya711 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya711 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without individual notice.
